Extended Care is available before school from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. for students in Kindergarten through Grade 8 and until 7:55 a.m. for Preschool and Pre-K students.

After Care begins as each grade level dismisses (between 2:20-2:30pm) and remains available until 6:00 p.m.

The Extended Care program is offered on all days that the Academy of St. Bartholomew is in session, unless otherwise announced by the director.

Our Extended Care program is supervised by credentialed, VIRTUS-trained staff who provide a safe, nurturing environment for students. The program includes homework assistance, dedicated study time, a healthy after-school snack, and opportunities for recreation and play.

Registration forms are available through the Main Office and on the FACTS Family Portal for current families.

Before & After Care Registration and Pricing

Before & After Care billing is sent via FACTS at the end of each month from September through May. 

At the time of billing, ASB administration calculates the total number of minutes attended, the number of days per week each student participates, and the number of students from the same family enrolled in the program.

The total cost is then determined using the most cost-effective payment option available for each family between the hourly or monthly rate. Because participation levels may change, the payment method applied may vary from month to month.
