Mrs. Amy Miker will be our new first grade teacher for 2020-2021. Mrs. Miker comes to us from St. Francis of Assisi, Gates Mills. Mrs. Miker has over 5 years of successful teaching experience as a first grade teacher. Mrs. Miker’s skills as a first grade teacher are unparalleled. As an educator she takes the time to make her students feel welcomed by engaging them in conversation and learning about their interests. Her classroom turns into a magical space throughout the year as students are led through Project Based Learning pedagogy, which inspires creativity in the classroom that is contagious leading her students to become life-long learners.
